- It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account login details (username and password) confidential.
- Transferring, selling, or sharing an account with a third party is strictly prohibited.
- The registered user is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

Warning: The name provided at account registration must match the name on the payment method used. A mismatch may delay the withdrawal process.
Age Verification & Eligibility
Users must be at least 21 years of age to use the 7gain platform. Access to and use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
7gain may request proof of age at any time. Valid government-issued documents such as a national ID card or passport are acceptable as proof. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
The following terms apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on 7gain:
4.1 Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
- Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
- Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
Important: 7gain follows international standards to prevent money laundering. Additional verification may be required to review unusual transactions.
Bonuses & Promotions
7gain offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read carefully before claiming.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
- For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
- Or: deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
- A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the total deposit).
- Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Only one welcome bonus applies per account, household, or device.
- Winnings made using bonus funds will remain in the same account.
- 7gain reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- If bonus fraud or misuse is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled.
Betting & Gaming Policy
The following rules must be followed when betting and gaming on 7gain.
- All bets are final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a technical error produces an abnormal outcome, 7gain may void that bet.
- Exploiting any software bug or error in a game to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Using any automated or robotic software to place bets is prohibited.
- Defrauding the system by using multiple accounts or placing coordinated bets is prohibited.
- In sports betting, taking advantage of market outcomes is at the user's own discretion.
The data recorded on 7gain's servers is the final authority on game outcomes. In the event of any dispute, this record will be used as evidence.
Account Closure, Suspension & Restrictions
7gain may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Any violation of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Fraudulent activity or attempting to harm another user.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Breach of the age requirement (under 21 years of age).
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
- To meet legal or regulatory requirements.
If an account is closed, the user may request a withdrawal of their balance, unless that balance is found to have been obtained through fraud.
